I thoroughly enjoyed working with Clint on the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home. His professionalism, attention to detail, and wealth of experience were of tremendous value throughout the entire process. He was also very responsive any time I had questions and was great about keeping in contact with me - I never felt as though I was in the dark. I absolutely will use Clint's services should I be looking to purchase and/or sell real estate in the future...he has a client for life!

Clint worked patiently with us for 2 years to find the home that was just right for us. He was always available and paid close attention to what our interests were. In selling our home Clint gave good advice as to how to get it ready for market and sold it quickly. He was very helpful in locating just the right neighborhood for us both price and value.

I wasn't necessarily looking to move yet. But I met with Clint at the recommendation of a close friend. ZERO pressure meeting got me to understand all my options, esp how my current housing position and strategy fit into the housing market city-wide & in my neighborhood. We decided to sell & build a new home due in large part to a more in depth understanding of where my family's economic position and long term housing goals fit into the current & projected housing market. The education by Clint on these points was very eye opening. That was over 5 years ago & has proven to be a very wise choice....both due to the happiness of my family & the overall investment. Highly recommend!

My experience working with Clint comes in two different forms; one being on the business side and one on the personal side. Our family owns a flooring business (Buffaloe Floor Covering) in Houston and I was first introduced to Clint nearly 15 years ago. His father-in-law and my father have done business for over 25 years as we have been the provider for flooring for their family and their clients. We have done literally dozens of projects for Clint and his family over the years and have always had great experiences throughout the process. On the personal side, Clint has assisted in the sale of two of my homes, the purchase of my most recent home as well as that of my brother. I have the opportunity in my line of work to do business with a lot of realtors and know exactly what traits to look for. Clint is honest, knowledgeable of the market and the areas and extremely thorough in his work. For me, there is no reason to go anywhere else. I appreciate his friendship and business relationship and will continue to use him and send clients his way.

Clint is great for your real estate needs!!!! He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. We will have him sell our home in the future! I would recommend him to anyone I know!
