Cody is very professional and his record shows that. He was able to get my wife and I into a house even though we were in a very competitive market. Does his best to always be available, and goes above and beyond in making things easy.

He’s alright. Lol I’m kidding give the dude a raise. He’s funny and has been very helpful for us and my sister! He’s on top of things and was open about pros and cons on each house without being pushy.

Talk about a dedicated team!!! The helped us through a tricky sale and walked us through every step with always always a positive attitude! This team knows their stuff and always knew how to communicate with us. They are the best!!!

Cody is awesome! He did exactly what he said he would do with exceptional service. He is honest and hard working and we would recommend him to everyone wanting to buy/sell a home. We had our house under contract within 24 hours after listing it and the process was smooth from beginning to end. His assistant is remarkable as well and went above and beyond to help us!

It has been an interesting time with Cody. He first contacted me about selling our house in January. We had just decided to try and sell it ourselves. I told him to contact us later if this avenue didn't work. And he did month after month he patiently, politely and tenaciously called. After a few months with no success (COVID-19 didn't help) he called and asked if he could help and we said yes! He was engaged with us during the entire process. He even convinced us to do some painting after I was determined to not to. And then the magic happened, we had a buyer. Cody advised us on when to give and when to stand firm. We got a very good price for our house and Cody and his team (thanks also to Shayla) did a great job.
