Cody was truly great. We had some very specific needs and wants with the knowledge that we wouldn't sell and move unless we got just the right house. Cody was crucial in the negotiations in both the buying of our new home and the selling of the old home. He communicated with us every step of the way and got us exactly what we needed. Because of him we truly will never move again because he got us exactly what we needed in out very needy and budget.

Cody did a phenomenal job with the sell of our townhome. It is very hard to find someone that is consistent with their follow up and following through on every thing they say they will. Cody did an amazing job with following up with us when stating he would, giving us updates immediately, notifications of changes or pertinent information, and always being professional. He took his time in educating us on being new to selling a home and even assisted me on changing my name properly on the title (which I had no idea how to do) and covered all needs required. We had an awesome experience and we truly dedicate that to the assistance of Cody and his guidance and expertise. He showed us how "the selling a home experience" should be.

We interviewed several realtors and hired Cody because of his expertise, knowledge and professionalism. Cody said he would keep us informed throughout the transaction and he did. He also worked through several major issues before contacting us. He contacted us with the issue and the resolution. Simply an amazing problem solver. We would highly recommend Cody.
