Corina came into to put out the fire that a previous realtor started. Long story short, I lost to deals due to the previous realtor. Excellence Realty assigned Corina to make it right, and she sure did. From the first day I met with her, she assured me that my home will sell fast. A week later we had a full price offer and then closed escrow in Sept. Corina is very professional and responsive. She answered all my questions when I didn't understand what I was signing. If you are in need of an honest, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive realtor, Corina is your best bet. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome of our selling experience with her.

My overall experience with Corina Preece was amazing. She exceeded all expectations and guided my first time home buying experience. She’s extremely knowledgeable of her field and was timely in answering all questions and processing documents. She made a process that seemed to be intially very daunting and intimidating to one that was smooth with very minimal stress. She helped me find my first home that I am absolutely in love with. I highly recommend Corina for anyone looking or thinking about buying a home
