Normally, I am the type of person who wants to do my research and get input from others before I make a big decision - and working with a realtor was no exception. However, Corinne just happened to be the first agent we contacted and after five minutes, we felt 100% confident in giving her our listing. Throughout the process, our confidence only grew. Corinne was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the process. She was patient, kind, assertive when needed, and extremely detail-oriented. We had a unique moving situation and she made everything so easy for us. There were times when we asked ourselves - shouldn't we be doing more?? Nope. Corinne had it covered. She kept our best interest at the forefront of every decision and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to sell OR buy a home in this area. Thank you, Corinne!! You're truly the best at what you do.

Corinne had control of the sale from beginning to end. Did appropriate advertising including a photo ad in the local weekly newspaper. Kept me informed. Received three offers within 8 days.

Corinne is the epitome of "I got this". We wanted to stay in the same town as we are in now for the kids, but just needed a bigger house which was no easy task in this market. Corinne walked us through everything, and I can honestly say we never had any doubt we were not going to get what we wanted. She answered everything truthfully, respefully, extremely quickly and, contrary to popular belief, selling our previous residence and purchasing our forever home was actually a joy with Corrine.

Sadly, due to the death of a family member, we needed to sell our family home quickly as difficult as it was to move forward. Corinne was very understanding of our situation and respectfully encouraged our family on what needed to be done to get the house listed as quickly as possible while inventory was low. She was very aware of the great neighborhood in which our family home was located and was determined to help us get our price. Although our family home needed much work and we were selling "as is", she knew the potential of our home and was prepared to guide us with her expertise throughout the process. She promptly returned calls and always had answers for our many questions. Corinne fought for us in rejecting offers that were too low, and we were very satisfied with the final offer. When there were delays due to COVID related circumstances, she was in constant contact to explain why there were delays. I would highly recommend Corinne as her guidance and expertise helped us tremendously during this difficult process to move forward. She was always courteous and professional in every aspect which we greatly appreciated.

Our experience with Corrine was excellent! Corrine was a pleasure to work with! She is very attentive and knowledgeable. We are so happy with our new house! Corrine was very patient and helped negotiate a great deal. She went above and beyond. Corrine is a true professional that I would highly recommend!
