Being remote to Coachella Valley and having made a decision to buy in the Palm Desert area, we needed help! Having consulted with friends of ours in San Diego about a realtor that knew the area, we were given Cory's name. Literally from the minute we called him from Colorado, we knew he was our guy. His pedigree from the LA area while impressive was not what sold us on him. His careful attention to detail and patience in taking us on this buying journey was really unique. Very quickly he assessed our interest and style while presenting only areas and homes that he vetted first. His knowledge of the market and resell was instrumental in aiding our decision process. When "the" home came on the market, we were unable to travel but that did not slow our progress. By then, Cory was looking at homes on our behalf and knew when to bring us in. When he called and said this could be the one - we had a video call with him and made an offer without seeing it. We trusted his opinion and after months of looking, we respected and valued his thought process. Sometimes you get lucky and get the home at the price you're looking for and then sometimes you make a friend for life- it's wonderful when you do both!

Cory is an amazing realtor! He came highly recommended from the Realtor selling my home. As a buyer from Central Washington who’d only been to the Coachella Valley 3 or 4 times, Cory’s knowledge of everything to do with the Valley was a true blessing. While in Washington waiting for my house to sell, I sent Cory listings that interested me and he took the time to go over the pros and cons of each one. He has an extensive knowledge of each community and neighborhood. He really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in my new home. I felt like Cory was as driven and excited to find the right property for me as I was. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
