Courtney did a fantastic job selling our two lots. The first one sold very quickly and the sale through the closing went very smoothly. We took Coutney's advice and removed the second lot from the market until the market got better. It turned out to be the right move and we sold the second lot for a very good price. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Courtney gets results ! George and Darby Edwards

Courtney McQuaig was recommended to me bye a friend whom I trust very much, upon meeting Courtney I immediately noticed the professionalism and courtesy which had been forwarded to me. Courtney was very helpful in working with distant owners and as well with finding additional items such as finance, local amenities, etc... I would certainly recommend and use Courtney in the future.
