Craig did a home walk through for me via phone and Zoom. I was really impressed how easy it was to get a sense of the home virtually. He’s built great 3D walk throughs, drone shots, videos. I haven’t seen the home in person but feel like I have a great sense of it because of Craig’s use of technology. On top of that he’s very knowledgeable and has followed up on all my questions very quickly.

Craig went over and above the call of duty. He was super patient with us and his knowledge of the area, of real estate in general, the local market and local history is truly impressive. All this was incredibly helpful to us as first time home buyers.

Craig helped us with the purchase of a home when we wanted to relocate to the Garrison area from NYC. He really listened to our requirements, provided a good number of homes to choose from, eventually leading to finding the perfect home for our newly expanding family. Craig is invested in the area and lives right in Garrison and In addition to being very knowledgeable about the area, and real estate market, Craig provided excellent recommendations for everything from an attorney to home inspectors and home improvement contractors. He is an experienced realtor who takes the time to assist his clients through every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.
