My wife and I met Cristin on a trip in April to restart our move plan held up by Covid for a year. We were told since we had to sell our NJ home to buy one down here we would not be a sellers first choice and probably should look at short term rentals and look once we were down here. Well, Cristin took up the challenge, meeting with us, finding out our wants and needs. She offered to show us a few properties and of the 5 we saw, we were interested in the first 2, made an offer on our second choice and we were under contract before we were on our flight home! We found Cristin to be attentive, honest, extremely experienced, knowledgeable of the area and market pricing, guiding us through the process. Her communication and follow up were very valuable since we were 1200 miles away. Starting as strangers, we have become friends and I would recommend our new friend to anyone needing help in a real estate transaction.

Cristin was amazing with the sale and purchase of our seasonal home in Florida. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cristin. Cristin provided us with professional service that made purchasing our condo very easy. She took the time to take us to many condos looking for a perfect fit while we were in Florida and continued the search after we had returned to our Ohio home which resulted in our purchase. Her knowledge of the Punta Gorda area made our search easier as well. I highly recommend Cristin to anyone looking for a realtor.
