Crystal was very patient and kind while we were trying to make our decisions on a large number of properties she showed us. We were a very difficult buyer and she handled the situation superbly. She was very knowledgeable of the area. She was always quick to respond to any change we requested. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property to purchase or rent.

Crystal helped put me into the home that we spent 8 months in search of. It was a perfect fit for me with everything that I had wanted in my home. She would send me listings in the area I wanted via internet...We would travel to all these homes and she was very helpful with the flow and the energy of each home... I began to become a little frustrated over time and was almost willing to settle for less, Crystal kept me focused. Crystal helped me purchase an investment property in 2010. This property is one of the best performing rental properties that I have. Since that purchase, Crystal continues working with me on other prospects. She is knowledgeable about the market, willing to help whenever I need her assistance. Like other investors, I receive property listing reports from multiple sources in order to keep abreast with the market.
