Kyle was absolutely amazing for us! Got back to us so quickly, very familiar and knowledgable with the market, personable, relatable, and always had answers for our questions - no matter what. Any time we contacted Kyle he was available within 5 minutes to schedule us tours for times that worked best for our hectic schedules, even though he was working with other buyers. Every showing we went to together, Kyle had already thoroughly researched the property and gave us handouts with pre-written notes. Kyle worked very hard for us. We had some creative financing that needed extra attention and he was on it. Walked us through everything on the phone. We moved from out of state so phone time was critical. Kyle was awesome every step of the way!

Great guy to work with! Was very helpful in anyway possible. Very good at responding back, really great at negotiation. His local knowledge was also really good! My second time working with him. He would look at any houses any time that would with me. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!

Kyle is very knowledgeable and so kind! He is always willing to go the extra mile for us! He never gave up even when the market was tight. He worked day and night. He made us feel like we were his only clients.
