Would not recommend. Small town negotiation tactics wasted a lot of our families time. Leveraged us to close a deal on a property he had listed for many years that had no activity on until we showed interest and invested hours investigating background that he knew well. and the listing was about to expire. He got his result but at others expense. Disappointed and not our way of doing business. Winters CA is a super cute town in California worth a visit.

Curtis and his team are so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our sale was non-traditional to say the least- rural, commercial-residential, with a manufactured home, a long escrow and so many other wrinkles. His patience with us and the buyers throughout was a wonder! We are so appreciative and would recommend Stocking Realty to anyone- we do in fact do so, and have been doing so for the last 8 years.

Outstanding!!! Our transactions on a buy and sell went as smoothly as possible. The buy did not go ahead due to late disclosures, that negotiation was professional and outcome for us, though sad, was as we wanted. The sell was also conducted in a very professional manner. When Curtis was dealing with very prickly tenants, his manner was polite, responsive to tenants needs and also doing what was necessary for us the seller to get the process to completion. Curtis is a gentleman who conducts his business with grace and good humor. I will certainly want to retain him in future and will wholeheartedly recommend family and friends.
