This was the third real estate transaction in which Cynthia has represented us. She and her team are amazing! They have always worked diligently to negotiate the best purchase and selling price available, even in a stringent market. Cynthia is absolutely amazing! We did something we swore we'd never do: make an offer on a house sight unseen. We connected with Cynthia on the recommendation of our realtor in the city we moved from and she and her team moved mountains to help us purchase our new home with confidence--including touring the property personally and getting us connected with local financing, inspectors, and contractors. In addition, Cynthia knows the area extremely well, including the geography, the people, and the culture, and we credit her with paving the way for us to start settling in to our new world. Cynthia covered the entire experience for us as we sold our home in Daphne in a week and a day, choosing between multiple offers, during a global pandemic. She (and Matt) guided us through the process and took the mystery away. She helped stage our furniture and had professional photos taken that accentuated our space. She also marketed the home well enough to schedule over 25 home visits in the first six days on the market. We had to leave the house because it was showing so frequently. I hope I am done relocating for a while but for anyone on the Eastern Shore, I couldn't recommend Cynthia enough.
