Dalton LaFrance was always available for home tours. The amount of effort and time he put walking us through the process is incredible. Dalton was wonderful! I was a first time homebuyer with no clue how to navigate the process of buying a home, especially in a challenging and competitive market, but Dalton was there for me every step of the process, not only educating me but also showing me support through every step. One thing that truly sets Dalton apart from the rest, is that you know he is ALWAYS looking out for your best interest. Dalton was willing to put in the work and teach me to exercise the patience for the RIGHT home. It’s not always easy to find good-hearted people when doing business, but Dalton is one of them. I will absolutely go back to Dalton for future selling and purchasing endeavors.

Dalton is hands down the best realtor I have worked with (and I have worked with several). Adding to the complexity is this is the first home purchase I am doing from out of state with little knowledge of the area. Dalton understood our goals and ensured all of our decisions stayed aligned and took up extra work for when we could not physically be on site. We also had great experiences working with partners he referred to us for lending, closing, and inspections. I would absolutely work with Dalton again and would recommend him to all
