Just recently closed on an amazing piece of land. I am a first time buyer and had no contacts in the real estate world.I was lucky enough to have the much needed guidance and help of Damian Bautista whom I was told about from a friend that used his services in search of a home about a month prior. when communicating with Damian I always got the feeling that my concerns and questions were taken seriously. There wasn't a text or call or even an email that slipped past Damian. when I make another purchase down the line there is no doubt in my mind I will be giving Damian Bautista a call.

Our experience buying a home with Damian was fantastic! Damian is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. You can tell he is invested in his craft and specializes in making his customers feel like his #1 priority. We especially liked how Damian was never pushy and guided us through every process of buying a home. Damian has an unmatched wealth of knowledge on the area and build quality since he has a contracting background. Always prompt and available when you need him, you would be nuts not to use him.

We did not end up moving forward on the house he was showing, but rather proceeded to spend the next few months looking for our dream home, with his assistance. His honest, straightforward approach was just the right style for us, and his extensive knowledge of the region was invaluable. He was a steady hand at the wheel as we navigated making offers on several candidate properties, and he did a fantastic job of sealing the deal for us when we knew that we absolutely were in love with the property that we ended up purchasing.
