Dana and David are an incredible team! They helped us find our dream house on Saint Simons Island and then were with us every step of the way up to and after closing. Dana's attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, business savvy, and cheerful optimism made our transaction a pleasure. She knows everyone and everything about the island (and SE Georgia in general) and is also thoughtful, honest, and sharp! We hope to not use a realtor for many years, but if we do it will be Dana and David!

Dana and Dave did great work and were on top of everything. The advertising they did in their publications was especially nice. I would highly recommend their services and definitely will use them again if I ever have to sell.

Dana is a go getter! She was very responsive, knowledgeable of the area and thorough with details of the listing as well as negotiating our sales contract. She is resourceful, professional and easy to work with. She presents her self well, has an upbeat personality and is able to filter thru prospects to land on true qualified buyers.

Dana was a joy to work with! During our first conversation, after her first visit to my condo, she clearly and concisely described the market conditions, how she would market it and what she expected it would sell for. She worked tirelessly, even through COVID, and only a few months later, that is exactly what happened.
