Dana was amazing from day one! I stumbled across her a little over year ago while calling about a place which happened to be rent to own. Luckily she offered to keep in contact to assist me further when I was ready. She was never pushy or overbearing. We set up a time for me to come in and start my process of buying my first home. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t in my cards just yet. She patiently waited until I said I was ready to try again. She has made the process of being a first time homebuyer a lot more simple than I could have imagined. She provided me with a lender from day one, she’s always made me feel comfortable, she was never anything other than honest and patient, and never made me question the process or my decision. I am so grateful for Dana, as it is very hard to find such reliable and knowledgeable help nowadays. Thank you for being my realtor and providing me with such a great first experience!

Dana was referred by a friend because she thought we'd be a good fit and boy was she right! We had done quite a bit to our home getting it ready for sale before she ever saw it. She praised what we had done and VERY TACTFULLY suggested a few more things be done before listing. We listened and our home was sold in less than one week to the first people who looked at it!! ALWAYS PLEASANT, ALWAYS ACCOMODATING, KNOWLEDGABLE AND NOW A GOOD FRIEND TOO! I Highly recommend her!!!

My husband and I worked with Dana to find the perfect house. When we found it, it was the beginning of February and not the best time to move. Despite the conditions, Dana was able to find a buyer for our home before we even listed it. Our purchase and sale were a breeze because of her expert help. We couldn't have done it without her. Dana is truly the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. From the smallest to the biggest things you encounter during a selling or buying process, she has it covered! She sold our home extremely quickly and also helped us buy our dream home.
