Cannot speak highly enough about Dan's knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond. When other agents were not interested in helping us list an off-the-grid land parcel, Dan took the time to travel outside of his normal service area to help us. He produced a great video - making it easy for prospective customers to find the parcel, understand the road access, locate the property boundaries, and recognize the positive features. End result - full price offer within a couple of days and closing in less than a month.
