Dan is the best of the best. He managed the impossible by helping me buy and sell my house all within 5 weeks. Dan is a master negotiator and guided me every step of the way with his expertise on what to expect and how things worked. He wore a mask on visits to my home and when he showed me other properties and Instructed others to do the same. “My health and well-being was his top priority “. He responds to communications promptly and quickly. I never had to call more than once for any inquiry. My new home is more than I ever dreamed and I am so grateful for his help in finding and purchasing. He has a vast network of resources. He has earned my trust and respect.

I met Dan after using 4 other so called Top Realtors in the Paradise Valley area that could not sell my property. I liked from the start that he would honestly talk to you while looking you in your eyes. i went with him and he got us an offer that was more than fair and that house SOLD. When it was time to sell my smaller rental house , I called him and results where the same . We got offered more than asking price. We just sold our multi-plex apartment and Dan KNOCKED IT OUT of the Park. We got Top $ in the neighborhood and along with his staff leader Kelly, documents and communications were perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Dan for any transactions . His knowledge and knowing how to deal were fantastic !

I found Dan Mullins and Altus Realty a pleasure to work with. He and his team are all very knowledgeable and professional. After my home had been on the market for 1 year, they listed it and had it sold in less than two weeks for full price. They also helped me find my new home and negotiated a great price for me. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again myself.
