We were fortunate that Dan took our request for an agent here. I recommend seeking him out instead if you want your home buying/selling process to be in the hands of someone who cares and takes the fear out and the confidence in that makes it a fond experience. We were very pleased with the expertise and helpfulness Dan provided to us when we were shopping for our home in NE Georgia. Dan knew the area, made sure he took us to a variety of homes (we had several kinds of homes and locations to research). The home we found is perfect for us. Dan did an excellent job of leading us through the steps to make an offer, do some negotiating, and conclude the purchase. The negotiations and signing of documents were done electronically as we were 4,000 miles from Georgia at that point. You will be in good hands when you work with Dan!!
