I cannot say enough good things about Danielle. Danielle masterfully led me through the process of selling a property from an estate. I was not an easy client to work with as I live over 1,200 miles and two time zones away but that was not an issue for Danielle and her team. Danielle's communication skills are well-developed, her knowledge and experience and resulting confidence was evident with each interaction, her negotiation skills shined, her response and availability were constant. Her attention to detail and her connections to maintenance and service providers were critical and saved significant money in listing preparations and transaction costs. Danielle's overall professionalism was exceeded only by her genuine care and compassion. We secured a strong cash offer at our asking price and closed much earlier than anticipated. Danielle was AMAZING ! I had worked with other realtors in the past, but this was the first time with Danielle. She was Knowledgeable, Enthusiastic, Quick to Respond, Cooperative, Pleasant, Encouraging, Supportive, and always "had my back"........... all-in-all, an absolute dream to work with ! She made a very difficult time in my life - selling a home - SO MUCH EASIER it is hard to put into words. If I had a question, she responded QUICKLY, if I had a concern, she got me past it, and she always maintained a positive, upbeat attitude. To say I would recommend her would be a gross understatement - I don't think there could have been ANYONE better to go through the stressful time of selling a home with.

Danielle has helped me twice in the 5 years I lived in Denver. First, when I bought my house and again when I sold it. Both times the experience was as good as it gets, having worked with Realtors going back 30 years. Her knowledge, insight, willingness to tromp around all manner of places. her connections to all sorts of related service people, she truly provides a one stop shop for all things real estate. I'm truly sorry that since I've moved on to the Pacific Northwest I'll likely never have a reason to work with her and her team again but the next best thing is to tell you that you should.
