Danuta did outstanding job. She was helping us out with her 20 years of experience since we were first time being home seller also we had a lot of questions because we are the first time home seller and she answers back to us right away. I would recommend Steven highly to anyone looking to buy their first home, their forever home, or an investment property. My fiance and I just closed on our first home. It is a duplex and has also kick-started our real estate investment portfolio. The property checks all of our boxes and I am confident in saying we would not have closed on this opportunity without Steven. As both first time buyers and first time investors, we had an extremely sharp learning curve against us. We were in the market to buy a home for months without an agent because there was no one we felt we could truly trust. Steven changed the game for us. He is patient, knowledgeable, willing to firmly advocate for his clients, and very caring. He responded to our onslaught of questions with honest, detailed answers based on experience. He works closely with an incredible lending and legal team that we also had a great experience with. Steven was also able to help us negotiate our purchase price.
