Darenee is an absolute treasure! In moving from Montana to Alabama, I needed someone to be my boots on the ground because I couldn’t be there in person. Darenee listened to my desire for property, my business and my budget. She was wonderful with communication and wasn’t interested in just selling me any place. She was honest when a property wasn’t as “lovely” as the photos and let me know how much effort any fixing up might take. She didn’t just sell us a house, she found us the absolutely perfect home! Darenee did all of my legwork and even went to the home to take videos so I could see everything! She helped with every single drawn-out detail and walked with me through every challenge. She’s an amazing realtor and all around amazing person! I would highly recommend Darenee as your personal real estate agent.

Daranee has listed and sold two of our vacation/long-term rental homes. Our first experience was listed and sold in a day with multiple offers. She guided us through the process and was always knowledgeable in her explanations of any of our crazy questions! We definitely came out ahead (mentally and financially) using Daranee to navigate these transactions. We are always looking at properties. Daranee is very accessible to entertain us with our searches. To date, we have not purchased anything using Daranee but she will be our go-to realtor. We have dealt with many realtors in this area and Daranee by far was the most helpful and professional!

We built and bought our home from overseas and Daranee made the process as easy as buying a house from overseas could be. She answered our questions in a timely manner and made herself available to us when we had a 6 hour time difference. If we do ever sell our home or buy another in NC or VA we will call on her for the job.

Daranee is an excellent realtor! She gave great advice for showing our home! She had excellent, reputable resources that responded quickly for home inspections, appraisals etc. The house was literally on the market for 1 day. Start to finish was less than 45days!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
