We were referred to Darci Hope by our son who had met them a few years back at a business networking event. When we decided to retire and relocate to the Desert area, Darci was the first person we called. From our first phone call with Darci we knew that we were in good hands. A few weeks later we met her at her office to go over the properties she found for us and what we would be looking at today. After talking with her in person it seemed like we had known her for years! That day Darci drove us around and we looked at 8 properties. After looking at roughly half of them we decided to break off and go to lunch. At that time Darci went back to her office and what we soon found out is that she found our perfect place. When we met back up she let us know she got word of a property that just hit the market which wasn't on our original list and we would be the first ones to see it. We decided to save that for last. As soon as we walked in the new listing we knew that this place checked all of our boxes. It was beautiful inside and completely remodeled. The kitchen and living room were open and had an incredible view of the 10th green on the country club. After we left we talked with Darci and we all agreed that out of all the places we have seen this was the one for us and best of all it was in our price range. She even negotiated select furniture that we wanted and a golf cart which will come in handy when our young grandchildren are visiting. Our offer was accepted and 30 days later we got the KEYS! Throughout this whole process Darci made everything seem so easy and handled everything so perfect. She made us feel like we were a part of her family and made sure to find us the perfect property. Darci we can't thank you enough for answering all of the calls, texts, and emails thru this process and we couldn't have done this without your knowledge and passion to get us our place we now call HOME! Thanks again for everything and we will be telling everyone we come in contact with who the BEST realtor is!!!
