We put my parents house on the market in November 2017. We live in Texas so I knew it was going to be a challenge working with Darcy long distance. I expressed that I would like to have the house sold by the end of 2018. I can't tell you how extremely happy I am. Today was the closing on the house. Matlock Johnson Realtors went above and beyond the call of duty to get it sold. I knew nothing about selling a house and having Darcy as our Realtor made all the difference. It was as if she knew what I was going to ask before I asked. When repairs needed to be made Darcy knew who to call. I didn't stress at all. I highly, highly recommend Darcy of Matlock Johnson Realtors to help you sell your home or buy a new home. This was a great learning experience for me and she made it so easy. I have used them on several properties and they always do a great job. They are easy to work with and unlike many other Realtors they will work on lower commissions for the properties if it can help the customer. If you want to see a property they will show you everything in the area. They don't hunt for the highest commissions or try and just push their listings. If you need help with rental property they also do rental management. They are also great at helping find buyers for lots or land for new homes or commercial businesses.

Jack help me every step of the way in the house selling process. Very professional and made sure my house got the attention to need to sell move. When it came to the paperwork he and his team explained the entire process and ensure that all topics were made clear. Big help during the negotiation process and closing as well. Highly recommend Jack Taylor. when it come to purchasing my next house I'll recruit his service once more.

Darcy was very helpful, patient and friendly. She was available at different times of the day evenings and weekends and helped us find a home that ticked all our boxes. We needed a large dining to which we discovered was not real common. As my husband and I are music teachers and have several instruments including a large grand piano, we also needed a large family room where we could give lessons and play music. Darcy was very professional through several months of searching.
