I have never heard of anyone working harder than Darlene has for me. She was so very patient when I had so many questions and was so unsure. She showed me so many houses and I always had a reason to not buy. She found me the most beautiful home I could imagine and with all of the many needs I had. She also prepared my mother's house for sale and made it look so much better than it had in years. She is so professional and so very nice. When I finally found the place I really loved, the owner's were going through a bad divorce and were very difficult to deal with. Darlene was wonderful at getting everyone to come together for the sale. I am now in the place I had always wanted... with a view to enjoy for the rest of my life.

Darlene helped us sell our house in Cambridge, NY. This was not an easy sale because at the time the market was down, we had moved to Alaska and we ended up with Very difficult buyers. Darlene was able to help us negotiate with the buyers long distance to finally end up with a successful sale.
