Dave did a great job working with our family over the course of almost 2 yrs trying to find the "perfect fit" for our list of needs/wants. He showed us almost a dozen homes before we made our decision. He also listed our old home and was able to get it sold in under a month! I would highly recommend Dave for your future real estate needs.

If you're looking for a knowledgeble realtor in the Petoskey area, look no further. Mr. Carlson assisted my wife and I in the purchase of our first home. We were inexperienced, unprepared, and unfamiliar with not only the process of buying a home, but Petoskey itself. In addition, we began the house-hunting process while we were on the other side of the country in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Carlson made a point to get to know us personally. When we were unable to personally see properties, he toured them himself, taking video and photos for us to view. He routinely made himself available for us--even after hours and on the weekends. We were not easy clients. Mr. Carlson went above and beyond for us, anticipating problems before they occurred. He suggested lenders to us (but did not pressure us in any particular direction), dealt with our difficult and rather un-charismatic lender, suggested schools for our kids, and even helped try to find people willing to help us unload our moving truck. He is very knowledgeable about the area. Before we arrived, he provided detailed maps and video tours he personally took. He answered our very basic questions without hesitation and happily investigated our more difficult questions. If you're looking for a realtor who is genuine, knowledgeable, not pushy, and knows how to get things taken care of quickly, Dave Carlson is nothing less than an excellent choice. We will recommend him highly to all who ask.

I choose Dave by chance which turned out to be a great fit. Dave is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and really works to meet the needs of his clients. Every step of the way and every question I had he was there with a response or a connection to help me out! I would and have recommended Dave to others looking to buy, sell or rent.

Dave worked with us while we were still serving a mission in Russia. He responded to our requests and kept us up to date on properties we were interested in seeing when we returned to the states. His work was very good and we would ask for his service again if we have any real estate needs.

Dave was very patient with me during my first home purchase. He is an excellent realtor and individual who really cares for his customers. My only advice... Call him! You won't be disappointed.
