I bought my first house last month, and Dave made the process quick, easy, and overall very painless. I wanted to learn as much as I could throughout the process and he explained every step thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. Dave was very passionate about finding the right home for my family and I and he sure did! Thank you Dave!!

Dave Hiller is a really special agent. He listens to his clients and zeros in on what is needed by them. He often goes to unexpected extra effort to do normal things exceptionally well. He cares about all his clients. I know he cared about us and I've heard him express concern for other clients. He networks very well with other agents and is well regarded. His wife, Deb, assists with the transactional side of his business and she is also excellent and is a great addition to what can be a really busy and challenging time when listing or selling a home. We highly recommend David Hiller. We chose him to list our home because I remembered the exceptional job he did for the sellers of the house we previously bought. His name came to mind 5 years later when we needed to sell our home. He made quite an impression. I would contact Dave again and again, personally, to help with our real estate matters and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to represent them to either to list their home or searching for a new home. My wife and I lived in Birch Bay long ago when we first got married and intended to return when we retired. We were fortunate to meet this energetic couple, Dave and Deb Hiller. We had our eyes on a condo complex and had a good idea what we were looking for and what we could afford. Dave was friendly, professional and so helpful. We were able to make a bid on a place that was accepted. He explained all the details. Dave smoothed out every wrinkle and now we are in our new home!

Dave went above and beyond his responsibility as an agent, to make sure everything went smoothly for everyone involved. He was very thorough from start to finish and was able to take a fairly complicated situation and have it all come together perfectly in the end. Dave is a total professional in buying and selling. He sold my property (in 6 days) and worked with the seller for the purchase of my new property. Dave is very thorough and helpful - even answering texts/phone calls after business hours. Dave and his wife Deb are brilliant at staging homes on the market. I recommend Dave to anyone I know looking for to buy/sell. If I were to sell again, Dave would be the first and only realtor I trust.
