David took great care of us during our home buying process. We had a very small window in which to buy a home and a unique financing situation that could have made things difficult. Despite this he managed to help us find a home and successfully get under contract less than a week after we started viewing houses! When it came time to negotiate we were competing against additional offers, and with his skills he got our offer accepted despite it being LOWER than the competition without sacrificing crucial components like an inspection contingency. With his help escrow felt like a breeze and we closed right on time!

David was amazing to work with. My partner and I were first time home buyers and had a lot to learn. From the beginning, David sat down with us and walked us through the whole home buying process, and was always available for any questions we had along the way. David was very reliable, responded promptly whenever we reached out, and never missed a deadline. David was always professional and friendly, and really took the time to help us on our journey to find our home. Overall, David was a delight to work with and we would both definitely recommend him as a realtor to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. Thank you David!

David is amazing, and has truly become a friend. He was so gracious with his time and was the most thoughtful relator I have ever met. We were in a bind and had to find a house before the new year. This was very challenging in the current market, and he helped us make it happen, taking on countless showings with an incredible amount of patience and care. He is a realtor who sincerely cares that you find the right house for you. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell in the Portland area.

David made buying our first home from out-of-state easier than we could have ever imagined! He was a joy to work with went above and beyond throughout the whole process and even now as home owners. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, while also being transparent. With his help we even managed to buy our home under asking, and in this market that is rare. He made the whole process stress-free and we can't not recommend him enough. 10/10!!!!

As first-time homebuyers we couldn't be happier with our experience with David. He is incredibly patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and hard-working. David was always available to meet with us or answer our questions or assuage our concerns, and he exuded professionalism and calm every step of the way. We knew it wasn't a home inspection, but every home we viewed with David he walked through the entire house with us looking for potential issues in every room and we always learned something about local construction regulations or trends or pitfalls with each visit. When we look to move down the line we'll be giving David a call, and if anybody else asks us for homebuying advice we'll tell them to do the same.
