My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we were a bit nervous going into this process not knowing what to expect. His communication with us was excellent and he was always available day or night if we had any questions. With his help, we were able to find the perfect home for us that checks all our boxes. Dave did great from start to finish. He kept me informed during the entire selling process. He was helpful during the weekends and even nighttime. He ensured that the closing date worked for me when I was going on vacation.

Could not be happier with David as my agent. I got ahold of him looking to find options for investment properties and he set up a time to meet him at his office to go over options in the area and more importantly had years worth of knowledge for me. Learned a lot about the home purchase process and how to navigate the real estate market effectively. Always responded to any question I had and was available for walk throughs or anything that was needed at anytime. Even on weekends or after hours. David sets the bar extremely high for other agents and delivers above any beyond what is expected for his clients. Highly recommend David to anybody and especially to new home buyers.

Dave was an excellent agent! He helped us with listing and selling our house. Dave worked with us on any needs we had and was great at communication. He held a few open houses, put flyers out, posted on his personal media page and did everything in his power to make sure this house got out there and we got people in the door. Would recommend going through Dave!
