Dave alleviated the stress of relocating from a different state and helped us purchase the perfect home. His knowledge of the market, and communication skills are outstanding. Dave was always available to answer all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. All through the touring/selection, offer/acceptance, inspection and closing process Dave communicated with us, answering our questions and providing pertinent information about the home, development and process. Love Connie! I used her to buy my house and knew I had to go back when it came time to sell it. Her and Dave always made sure to visit with special little gifts around the holidays and sent ‘anniversary’ cards on the day I bought my house each year. Both the purchase four years ago and the sale just last month were quick, smooth, and without worry.

Connie is very helpful and attentive. We looked at over 50 homes. In my price range the market was hot. She kept us going when we were about to give up. She took great notes and recalled all important items from each house and helped us compare and make good decisions moving forward every time! Dave is also amazing! Together great couple to work with. Will tell all my friends in the market to buy or sell to use them.

David and Connie were great to work with! They were very knowledgeable and helpful to this first time home-buyer. David and I met up and he walked me through the entire process, and then off to house hunting we went! He helped me tremendously by applying his years of experience and informing me of things that might be issues down the road on houses, and he helped teach my eyes on what to look for when buying a house. They were both very friendly and responsive.
