Exceptional. If I had to choose one word to describe David Carmona as my real estate agent. The word is Exceptional! Most people don’t understand how important it is to find the right agent to work with. It’s not just the buying and selling of a home. The real estate market cycles and has an ebb and flow and you need an agent that understands this and how to formulate a strategy when selling a property. David helped my family sell our property in Miami And I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided to us. He gives everybody. VIP service and more importantly, he solves the problems that come up in any of these types of transactions. His experience and Sincere advice helped us overcome some of the things that break deals. David kept both my wife and I informed about every aspect In the sales process. The most critical piece is explaining in depth the why? We sold our property and he negotiated better terms than I thought we would get. When last minute I had a problem with our pool cleaning system. He calmly and coolly arranged to get it fixed inside of 24 hours. When I tell you, he solves problems. The man is connected and he solves problems. Although my family has moved away from Miami. Buying a house is a very difficult decision, it is where not only do you have to make many decisions but also our dreams and illusions are involved in it, there are many factors to take into consideration. Thanks to David Carmona and his group of professionals, this is for me. It has been a pleasant experience where all the details have been meticulously taken care of and professionally handled, from searching for a house with all the characteristics that I needed to becoming its owner. David was great in this, with his experience he knew how to guide me, with the contracts, the purchase conditions, the price, etc. Once the contract is accepted, we go through all the inspections to verify all the details of the house and we fight together, each one of them, looking for the best price and conditions of the house for me. David Carmona was with me until the last pending moment, taking care of each of my interests and there is still there for me, every text or call at any time there is this David for us. thank you friend you are definitely the best

I recently work with David on leasing a house for me and my family and super grateful will all the commitment he puts on finding us the right place. David Carmona is the Best Relator I have worked with. His services came to us through a family friend who highly recommended him. Upon our first conversations, David understood that I was a first time home buyer and that I knew very little about the home buying process. He was able to thoroughly explain and show the utmost patience. David was very attentive with phone calls, text messages, and emails. He always took the time to answer any questions I had, and did his best to move through the process quickly and efficiently. Throughout the extensive home buying process, David maneuvered through the files and overcame every obstacle we faced as a team. As a 1st time home buyer i was very unsure and intimidated by the process and my lack of knowledge. I made David aware of this when we 1st met and HE was very understanding of this. He explained things to me clearly and kept me well informed of what to expect next. he also was very helpful as a homeowner himself giving me his personal opinion on matters that were ultimately my choice. He was very responsive to my calls/text/emails and very resourceful in dealing with the many 3rd parties such as inspectors, lawyers, buyers, lenders etc....he absolutely made my 1st home purchases as stress free as he could. thanks David for helping me so much!!!
