This was our first ever home buy, and Julie went above and beyond - from timely inventory updates, to transparency over the process, to negotiating and recommending good contacts, she was firmly in our corner. We’re so grateful for her guidance in a tough market, and we consider her a family friend. Great job Julie, I highly recommend you to anyone!

Julie Citron was a totally helpful real estate agent as I looked for a vacation home/condo in the Manchester area. She was great at listening to what I was looking for, then adjusting what she showed me as we saw places and I expressed what I liked and didn't like. She was totally patient and never pushy. And I enjoyed the time I spent with her as we looked at properties. I did end up buying a place and the whole process went pretty smoothly and Julie kept me updated the whole time. I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone looking for a place in Manchester, Dorset, and the environs in that area of Vermont.

Julie was fantastic to work with. We were moving from out of state and she was great about scheduling viewings that worked for our schedule. When we found a property, she was really helpful in taking the leading in organizing and going to the closing for us. We would definitely recommend Julie and use her again!

Julie sheparded us through the purchase of our first home in Vermont. Coming from another state with different real estate practices, Julie was patient and comprehensive in helping us navigate all of the rules and practices here. She was always timely with her responses, even with a three-hour time difference between us, through the purchase process. She went above and beyond in her willingness to answer all of our questions about moving to the region, not just related to our home.

It was great to sell our house with Julie & Dave. Their attention to detail, and positive attitude made all the difference. They listened to what we wanted, took our suggestions, and stayed by our side throughout the whole process. They answered texts and emails and delivered answers quickly. The end result was us selling our house to a couple just starting out who loved our house as much as we did, enabling us to start a new chapter in our life in warmer climate :)
