David Grove helped me get into my home. When i gave Up he helped me and promised to get me in my home and he did, he was patient and worked with me for six months to find a home.

David is very professional, honest, and dedicated to your cause, whether you are a buyer or seller. My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a home during a very hot market (many of the homes we were interested in went under contract within hours of hitting the market.) David was knowledgeable, diligent, and responsive to our needs. When we had found a home, we negotiated an offer. During the due diligence period we discovered certain items failed inspection. The Seller was unwilling to agree to fair terms, so we walked away from the deal and found ourselves back in the hunt for another home. Within two days we had found another home very well suited to our needs and in a great location too. David negotiated an contract under list price (unheard of in such a hot market,) we closed the deal in this one. Throughout the entire process, which basically went the course of about two months from initial contact with David to the closing, David made us feel as though we were his only client. Most times I called David he answered his phone, and at worst, he returned my call within less than two hours. I call that top rate service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID GROVE FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE ENDEAVORS. DAVID GROVE WILL BE MY ONLY CHOICE IF I EVER NEED REAL ESTATE SERVICES AGAIN.
