David helped us not only purchase our first home but also sell it and buy our forever home. He's always been so personable and knowledgeable with any questions we'd send his way. During the search phase he's extremely patient and points out things that we wouldn't have caught ourselves due to his background with construction and many years as a realtor. We've recommended David to multiple people that have all loved him as well and spoke so highly of him and their experiences. David is truly a rare gem in the large sea of realtors out there. I will always send people David's way because I know they will truly be in great hands and David will ensure they're getting the best deal. He fought for us even well after closing with our new build company tried to weasle their way out of completing items. He's not one that takes off once he gets a sale. Truly cannot recommend him enough.
