David Ladner and his RE/MAX Harmony team were a joy to work with for the recent sale of our single-family home in Malden. When meeting with David initially we were impressed by his professional experience and his enthusiasm for providing excellent service to his clients. After selecting him to list the house, his experience was invaluable in suggesting strategic updates (new paint, removing old carpeting, updating a bathroom, etc.) that resulted in multiple offers over the asking price. To our huge relief, he also handled much of the coordination of this work using his network of contractors and suppliers. His guidance throughout every step of this process (and there were many!) was always spot on and we felt he was truly on our side. He and his team are also great at communicating. We highly recommend David Ladner for all your real estate needs.

Patrick was great. Patient and kind as he worked through the process of looking for/buying a condo. We were very uncertain along the way but he only supported us vs rushing us. Good guy!

David Ladner recently assisted us in the sale of our home. From the first interaction with David, we experienced the highest level of service. He really knows this business and immediately had a plan for us to sell our home. We also needed him to do a lot of the heavy lifting as we were selling our parents estate in NH, while we were living in Arizona. He arranged the best contractors to prepare the home for sale. Within a month, we had painting, hardwood floors, electrical, cabinets, & HVAC all upgraded/completed. We had an open house the next weekend and sold within 45 days after that. I have bought and sold over 12 homes, and in my opinion, from start to finish, David was one of the most high performing agents I have ever worked with. If you want buttoned up, then he is your guy. Impressive!

I couldn’t imagine buying my home without David’s help. He was responsive, professional, and insightful throughout the process. I really felt like he had my best interests as a home buyer in mind with every decision we made and I can’t give a higher endorsement of the work he does and of his agency.
