David was excellent to work with from initial contact thru to post sale. He was comfortable that as a buyer I had brought in counsel early in the process and David worked with both of us to ensure the contract was well positioned for any contingency. David was fair and honest throughout the process and when bumps were encountered reacted professionally and with integrity. Post closing, he has continued to support me in providing the names and contacts of contractors and other professionals in the area. An overall great experience with David!

I am so lucky to have found Andrew. He made a huge and potentially very stressful undertaking smooth and easy in every way. I recruited David because of his condo knowledge and past experience with the condo developments in Chittenden County. I decided that it also made sense for him to sell my current single-family home. Timing was crucial to sell and purchase and he was extremely responsive to this. He was always realistic in his communications, professional and kind. He went above and beyond the night I moved into my condo and I could not turn off one of the smoke detectors going off loudly because batteries needed replaced and I could not reach the high ceiling. He came over immediately in the evening, turned it off and went to purchase new batteries and returned to install them. He wanted to make sure smoke detectors were working properly before he left my home. Big Kudo's to David Parsons.
