We were moving from Bay;Area to Grants Pass, we had visited this area several times with no success, we contacted David and he showed us several homes which were what we were looking for. We purchased our first home through Dave and then he helped us to purchase an investment property. I introduced David to family and friends with full confidence.

David was an amazing agent! If you could picture your perfect realtor he’d be your end result. First of all, David was very good at following up on things. He makes sure your thoughts are being heard and your ideas are met. Also,, David is very patient and understanding. We have three kids and if he had to wait for us to find someone to hang out with our kids in order to show us a house, he would wait. Along with that he would meet anywhere was most convent for us and at times that worked best with our schedules. I’ve never met anyone who works as hard to accommodate clients as he did. A very realistic and practical person. He also listened to every one of our questions and didn’t stop until we were satisfied with the answer or outcome. David is also funny and fun to be around which makes the whole house buying process that much less stressful. David is also a vet so he knows how to work with all kinds of situations and companies. He offered advice and the best routes even if it wasn’t with him. The whole time david was very honest and straight forward. I had the best first timer experience having David be our real estate agent if anyone needs to hear more contact me! He’s great!!

David is very knowledgeable and professional. I am comfortable using him for all my real estate needs.He has helped me with property management of my rental and is currently assisting me with the sale of that rental and adjoining lot.
