David helped my wife and I to purchase our first home here in Laguna Niguel. There were not that many homes available in the area we wanted to be that fit our budget so you had to move fast if something came up. Not only was David on top of the inventory but he helped us close escrow in 30 days so we could move before a scheduled vacation, saving us thousands in another month's rent! If your looking for someone that works smart, has very wise council and just a good guy to be around, I'd definitely give David a call.

David is awesome! We are new to the area and he went above and beyond for my family and far exceeded expectations. He listened to what we wanted and really took the time to get us oriented to the city and the market. He was there for us every step of the way and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

David helped my wife, and I relocated to Laguna Niguel. He met with us before we met to give us more information about the area and show us many great options he had found after we gave him out "wants" list. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and the market place. Communication was flawless, and we felt that David was there to help us every step of the way.
