Dave lives upto the name Integrity. He was a pleasure to work with and made our transition easy. I highly recommend him. He is honest and down to earth. He was considerate of our mom's passing and selling our childhood home. He is a pleasure to talk to. He did not pressure us or make any problems for us. He answered every time I called. He was available at all times.

I was impressed with Dave Van Nus from the first time I met him. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about the real estate process and the financial aspects of selling my property. He was also creative and able to think outside of the box which was necessary and critical to selling this unique property. Dave was completely honest with me throughout the entire time and always had my best interests in mind. The online presentation of my property from the drone was really impressive. I felt like every detail was handled very professionally and fairly and would definitely recommend Dave and Integrity Homes to my friends and family. Dave it the Best in the Business when it comes to real estate! He not only knows just about everything there is to know about real estate and home mortgages (a HUGE bonus when dealing with real estate!) But He's extremely kind and has only one desire and that's to get His clients into the home that best fits all of there needs! Dave did just that and far exceeded all of that with my home buying procedures! I asked Him to put an offer in on a property because of my excitement to even think about buying, but then He led me to an even better property that was not only more practical but it was even closer to my Mothers Home (which was important to me,) and He kept it within the budget I had asked Him to AND He helped me get the best interest rate for my loan! He really is a man with many talents and He knows exactly how to use them for His clients! He takes his job very seriously and doesn't mess around! I'm grateful for that and appreciate Dave and would highly recommend Him to ANYONE that is looking to purchase a home in the great Pacific Northwest! Thanks Dave!

If you want someone to help you with any real estate transaction, you would highly appreciate one with integrity, honesty, energetic, knowledgeable, personable, a class act, and will go to the end of earth for his clients-Dave Van Nus is that person with any/all that have the privilege of working with him! We had a situation that was demanding, with many difficulties, Dave was always professional, offering education to help us make the best decisions.

As a retired military member (Navy) and having a child serve in the military (Marines), hearing that Dave was a Marine peaked our interests. We figured he would be reliable, determined, dedicated, and pay close attention to details. We were not wrong. Dave was definitely Top Notch! Creative marketing plan. On top of each issue as they arose. Very professional at every turn no matter what was happening. Knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. Made excellent recommendations and suggestions. Easy and pleasant to work with. No matter what time we needed him, he was available and responded quickly. Heavily relied on for information and recommendations. He never steered us wrong. Paperwork was quick and correct, which was very welcomed after having a bad experience. We would recommend Dave to our family and closest friends.
