Dawn was recently my Real Estate Agent for my New Construction Home Purchase. She was fantastic throughout every step of the way. She has a ton of experience and knows all the ins and outs of just about anything that could come up. My process went smooth, and I believe Dawn had everything to do with that. She contacted me whenever something was needed from me and she got out in front of things immediately to prevent any issues from arising. Lastly, she is very polite and professional and won't pull any punches when it comes to answering any questions. If you're looking to sell or buy, I would recommend Dawn as she is Top Notch.

I had good partnership with Dawn. And we are still in touch after my house buying journey is complete. She has been super helpful and patient. Definitely knows the treasure valley well and has great relations with builders and brokers. She was super responsive and was able to accommodate my schedule for conversations, house touring. As a first-time home buyer, she made this as easy as it could be and I indeed have learned a lot. I would recommend Dawn.

Dawn was awesome to work with. Really cared about helping me get the best deal and thought of many things I did not. Saved me over 15,000 in repairs by convincing me to opt for inspections of things that weren't necessary. Would recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed working with Dawn. I didn't feel like I was at anytime a burden or pain. Communication was great and Dawn always followed up in a very timely manner. She helped me find a house that suited my needs and did not seem as though she was in any rush. I would recommend Dawn to family and friends and will reach out to her again in the future on my next home purchase.

We were very impressed with dawn's ability to manage all aspects of the selling process for us period she was always very professional and friendly period her responsiveness was always prompt and she always had our best interest in mind.
