Dean is impeccably polite, immensely ethical, and highly knowledgeable. He responded to absolutely every text, call, or email in a very timely fashion. He is directive and gives excellent advice when you need him to; but he also backs off to give you plenty of "space" for independent decision-making, without any kind of pressure at all. A joy to work with.

Dean is an honest real estate agent who helped us get our house inspected and ready for sale. We were able to sell our house for the asking price with little hassle following Dean’s advice. I often recommend Dean to anyone buying or selling a house in the area.

Dean Bright is an excellent real estate professional. He is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and is well respected by lending institutions, other real estate professionals, and all who you are likely to come into contact with when buying or selling a home. Dean stays ahead of the process, advising clients regarding what to expect moving through the process and he does so in a timely way, responding immediately when needs arise or things change. His direct communication is always on target and his advice solid. I would not hesitate to recommend Dean to anyone anticipating buying or selling a home--he's a consummate professional.

If you need a realtor in the Athens area, it's gotta be Dean, full stop. My wife and I bought a modest house that Dean was representing for the sellers. He executed everything we asked for in good faith, even though he didn't personally stand to gain much from his work. He treated the sale how a lesser realtor would reserve only for very valuable houses. We knew at that point he would be our guy as long as we lived in the area. Five years later, we decided to move to another state, and when it was time to sell, there was only one call that needed to be made: Dean Bright. In the five years that we owned the house, the home values in our neighborhood had changed dramatically, and Dean explained perfectly exactly what that meant for us. He orchestrated getting our house ready with a little help from me, and as time was of the essence, he double timed getting to market, priced perfectly, and we had an offer that we accepted within 24 hours of listing. We were able to sell and move with alacrity, and it is all thanks to Dean Bright. He's a good man who simply wants to do right by everyone he works for. Look no further.

My wife and I are thankful to have had Dean help us find our home. Very personable, easy to talk to and had no problem speaking his mind in offering honest answers to our questions. His patience in working with us (8 months!) was awesome. He gave us excellent advice with the structure, landscape, and local development for every home we looked at. He knows how a home should be built and identified flaws and potential weaknesses. I was impressed by how much he knows about planned future development surrounding most of the homes we looked at.
