Hands down, without a doubt the easiest review I could write. We have worked with Heather and Dean for many years now. They have made the sale of our last few homes the highest sales price per square foot in the entire community. A stat which held for quite some time until a normal market shift took place. Unlike most relationships you hear about when someone says, “I have the best realtor,” we did not know Heather and Dean prior to working with them for our first home search. They were not family friends, nor people who were suggested by a family friend. Heather happened to be selling a home we popped in to see and what we learned in that moment was we needed someone with her expertise and blunt honesty to get the most out of this process. Heather knows this area like no other! She is upfront and honest, willing to drive you through communities to teach you pros and cons, a selfless human like no other and amazing at her job! What we appreciated most initially was that she could read exactly what we were looking for and shift us in the proper direction versus where we thought we should be. What we learned later on when she helped us sell our first home was her ability to prepare your home for the sales process is truly unparalleled! She thinks of every detail effortlessly and makes your home so ready to be photographed you question if you want to move out. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Dean, and learning so much from him about how to see a property for what it could be, how to analyze a space for the important factors, how to know it’s a good investment… oh and he also happens to be one of the nicest humans. They are both patient in allowing you the time you need as a client to find your next home. And when you’re ready to take the step to sell or buy, they go to bat for you in every possible way. If you’re debating if you could sell it on your own to save money (I’ve been in that headspace), you call Heather and Dean. We would never have “saved money” handling these transactions on our own. It’s not a matter of just hiring a realtor to make it worth while, it’s a matter of hiring these two. Period. You will have the best experience and the best possible outcome. We have - every single time for years and years.

Heather and Dean are incredible real estate agents. They are extremely knowledgeable about the Palm Beach area and were instrumental in helping me choose where to live when my family and I relocated to Florida. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. When you work with Heather and Dean, you are in good hands. I am grateful to have had them as my agents.

Heather and Dean were absolutely outstanding. We were very difficult clients, as my husband and I couldn't get on the same page through the house hunting process. They were so patient and helpful and ended up finding us a home we both could agree on. They were so knowledgeable of the market and knew every agent and truly were respected by everyone we came into contact with. Their experience and knowledge of the area made us feel so comfortable, supported and at ease, durning what could have been a super stressful time. We felt so taken care of, every step of the way. Not only are they professional, they are personable and treated us like family. After we purchased the house, they helped us find local, trustworthy businesses, from gardeners to painters. I really can't say enough great things about them. Now that we are settled and don't "need" them anymore...we miss them!

Dean and Heather are an incredible team to work with. They helped us with the sell of our first house and purchase our current home. They worked hard to get great value for us on the sale of our house. Communication on showings and any news we needed regarding our house was prompt. They helped us on finding our new home that fit all of our needs and wants. Every step we took was seamless and so easy thanks to the help of Dean and Heather. They are both professional and amazing people. I highly recommend using Dean and Heather for any of your real estate needs!

They were wonderful! Super knowledgeable and great communicators. I would highly recommend their expertise. They made the house we needed to sell look like brand new. They helped us to redo flooring, paint our house, and stage it for potential buyers. These features made the listing go fast!
