I have worked with Debbie twice now to purchase homes and she goes above and beyond to make the process easy! In one case she was the realtor just for me and in the other she was the realtor for both myself and the person selling. In both instances, Debbie remained steady making sure my best interest was always at the forefront. I tend to be an anxious person and ask a lot of questions. Debbie is exceptional at giving sound realistic advice that puts your mind at ease. There are several good realtors in the Northwest Missouri area, but if I plan to go through the process of selling and/or purchasing a home again, Debbie will be my go to! Her ability to stay a sounding board through the whole process and even well after, and give realistic advise while keeping your best interest in her mind is what sets her apart!

Debbie was great. She is very knowledgeable, she has the best interest of her sellers and buyers in mind the entire time. She was always willing to work with us and answer any questions we had along the way. We will be using Debbie in the future for any of our home buying/selling needs.

Debbie takes the time to lay out all the options and provides input to help you make the correct decision for your family even if it makes more work for her. She adds a personal touch that makes a stressful experience much easier and relaxing by doing the legwork needed. She will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done in a timely manner and her clients are getting everything they need and want in a confusing world. I couldn't express how highly I would recommend Debbie as your agent in the home buying and selling process.

I have bought and sold using Debbis Hahn. She is a fantastic realtor and I would recommend her to anyone. Even if the perfect house is not currently listed just reach out to her and tell her what you are looking for. She helped us find our dream home and we could not be more happy. Debbie is very professional and knowledgeable and made the recent purchase of our new home a smooth and simple process! If there were any issues she took care of them and always kept us informed of what was going on. She is friendly, easy to work with, quick to answer any questions, and had our best interest in mind from start to finish!
