Debbie is an amazing real estate professional. She goes out of her way to go above and beyond what is expected. She took her time to explain the process and to talked through issues or questions that came up. Highly recommend Debbie for anyone looking to buy or sale a home. She also got us a much better offer. Higher offer than another realtor was suggesting that we start our selling price at. Very easy to talk to and easy to work with. an AAA+++

Deborah is one of the most hard working people I know. The bonus is she is working for YOU!! Every step of the way through our downsizing she was on top of everything. She also went above and beyond for us. Such a pleasurable experience.

Deborah was outstanding to work with from start to finish. We were not using a realtor and requested to meet her at the property she was listing, which was not an open house. She was very accommodating, courteous, and prompt. Deborah was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, and provided insightful information regarding our questions. During the offer and negotiating stages, she was incredibly responsive and open, which we appreciated, as I'm sure the sellers did, as well. This ultimately helped facilitate a smooth purchase process on several aspects. She was professional and attentive to every step through closing...and even beyond with additional items which evolved afterward. We would very highly recommend Deborah in any aspect of your real estate needs as either buyer and/or seller. In our case, she represented both. We can speak to the effect that Deborah worked hard and efficiently to ensure the transaction was fair for both sides.

Deborah took over selling my parent's house after my father had just passed away. I needed to focus on the estate and paperwork so I could take care of my mother who was in a senior assisted memory unit. Deborah took care of everything with minimal effort from me. She guided me through the offers, found people to take care of the estate sale, repairs, contingencies and, well everything! As the sale moved forward, Deborah was in constant contact and kept me updated constantly. She even took care of some repairs and extra things like smoke detectors out of her own pocket so I didn't have to go to the store on my own time. We got above asking price and I know that wouldn't have happened without Deborah's experience and perseverance. She's awesome!!!! Thanks Deborah!
