Deborah was skillful and knowledgeable in not only finding the perfect house, but also in assisting with the financing. I have called on her several times for recommendations of services, and i highly recommend her to all!

Deborah has always been helpful and generous with her time. She has helped us buy and sell homes for the last 3 years. We have bought 2 new homes with her. She was there for every inspection as each home was being built. She has helped us look for building faults (luckily there were no problems with our builder) and found us a selection of reliable lenders to work with. She also has many contacts for everything from landscaping to house cleaning. If I need anything I feel that Deborah will be there for me. Thank you Deborah. Alton M.

Debra is the agent for a rental property where the landlord thinks he has a brand new home. She tried to say renters are expected to wash windows even though they were done just two weeks ago. She was under the impression the house should of been returned as if it was just built guess neither heard of normal wear and tear. She only involved herself when it suited her not all the aspects of the rental guess that the reason she stopped responding. Now her listing has the landlord double dipping. Having you pay all utilities while he sells the electric from the solar back to APS when he said it would be great for renters until he saw dollar bills. Debra is for the party paying her rather then both sides. We’re were texting and talking back and forth then she jus stopped. No response no return calls. NOTHING. Looking for copies of our corespondence which she has yet to send

For me to explain how competent and willing to do whatever it takes is rather difficult to expalin other than to say she does all that it takes to get the deal done and closed whether it means buying or selling as she did both for us. There is no way I could have made all the logistics work with anyone other than Deborah since we were long distance buyers and sellers. Unless you are acting as your own agent use Deborah, you will not be disapointed.

Deb Powers was Awesome in finding us our house in Marley Park. She was very helpful in the paperwork process, answering questions, and holding my hand when needed. She was very patient with showing us umpteen houses until we found the perfect one. I recommend her to everyone! She is one of the best professionals in the business hands down. Give her a call, you will be happy you did!!!!
