Jenn just helped me navigate buying and selling in the craziest real estate market of all time! She went the extra mile and beyond. She knows everyone in the area and will make phone call after phone call to get the showings and responses you need. I could not have done this without her and I'm just so grateful to have had her with me from start to finish, along every turn of this crazy ride.

Jennifer is great! She was patient and supportive in every way throughout our very long house hunt! She was always available to show us homes, write offers or answer any questions we had. It was obvious that her goal was to make sure that we get the right house for us, not just a house. We are so thrilled to finally be in our new home and very grateful for Jennifer's expertise and support.

Deb handled the sale of our home with care and professionalism. We moved out of state, and she dealt with the complexities involved with the relocation company with ease. She was far more accurate in her market assessment than other local agents. She was also able to sell our house during the holiday season, which is typically a slow time of year, and she did it quickly and at a price that exceeded our expectations. Overall, she was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Deb Thomas is an amazing agent. Her deep market knowledge helped us determine the best time to sell. Her strategic pricing helped us realize the most gain possible. Deb's smart design sense informed which elements to renovate or update, and which to ignore. She was also a great resource for movers as well as other agents covering areas outside of her region for our next purchase. We definitely could not have sold out house without Deb.

I contacted Deb randomly one day as we began our home search in Hopkinton and after our first discussion I knew she would be the agent we would use going forward during the process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very transparent when I asked specific questions, which was a huge plus especially for what we were looking at in the beginning. Her responsiveness was excellent and she never kept us waiting too long when asking questions we were very impatient about! Due to her connections and being very well respected in the area she was able to book a last minute viewing on a Sunday morning at what turned out to be our forever home. They say home buying is stressful, Deb made it a very easy and a very painless process and we will recommend anyone to her looking for a home along the 495 belt and beyond.
