Robert made a potentially very difficult purchase very easy for me. He went above and beyond to navigate through tough situations during the whole transaction. His communication was top notch so I always knew what was going on. I could call or text with any questions I had and he would answer right away or get back with me within a short period of time. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him whether buying or selling a home!

Robert was an absolute pleasure! Not only was he able to sell our first home within a few days of listing it, but he was also able to find us our next home in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in. On top of that he successfully got us through a simultaneous closing for both properties on the same day. He was so patient and professional. He answered all of our questions promptly and continuously kept in contact and kept us up to date through the entire process from beginning to end. Without a doubt would recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy or sell. You’ll be in wonderful hands working with Robert and his entire team. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Robert contacted me as he was going door to door in my neighborhood. I wasn’t ready to sell at the time, however, he kept in touch with me as the months went by. Once I was ready to sell, Robert took over and I had an all cash offer within 48 hours!

Robert was a pleasure to work with! He did an exceptional job marketing and successfully selling our home in just two days! Robert was professional, patient and understanding. He listened to what I was looking for and did not pressure or force any decisions. As a first time home buyer I had very limited knowledge about the home buying process, terminology, and market. I asked several questions- some were probably dumb but he never made me feel like I asked the wrong question. He explained and addressed concerns he could foresee up front so we were able to tackle them quickly and efficiently. His entire team was very responsive and detailed which I appreciated since I felt like he took to my home like it was their own.
