I cannot recommend Whitney more! She was an incredible partner in both selling our home and purchasing our new build. When it came to selling, she provided invaluable tips for staging our home, making it look its absolute best. She also hired an amazing photographer whose stunning photos truly showcased the property. Thanks to her expertise, we had an open house that resulted in multiple offers over asking price. The entire process was seamless from start to finish! On the buying side, Whitney was just as impressive. I can't say enough positive things about working with Daniel on our new home purchase. what could have been an extremely hard process deciding on where to settle with our family after moving from out of state was an easy and extremely rewarding outcome! He paid attention to our diverse family needs with both young and adult children as well as our desire to look for a new build community that we thought would not be possible to move in to quickly. Daniel was very professional and organized and his expert opinion on areas and specific communities was noticeable from start to finish and something we really needed from a realtor. Communication and making my family feel like we were his only client is something you don't always find. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for someone to trust in this very important decision on buying or selling your home. Realtor and Friend for a good long time, feeling blessed!

Whitney is an outstanding Realtor. From the moment we decided to sell our home through close, she ensured every contingency was considered. With a previous background in interior design she was able to ensure our house looked perfect for photos and showings. Her diligence and attention to detail is the principal reason our home went over asking, and closed on time. Whitney also represented our purchase of a new construction home. She has a vast knowledge of the new construction segment, and ensured we were well prepared in the design and purchase of our new home. There are not enough good things to say about working with Debra. We made a mistake when we listed our home and hired someone else who made more work for Debra. Even with her having to clean up someone’s else’s mess she still had us under contract in a month. Debra answered every phone call and text, keep us up to date on everything that was happening, and always made us feel comfortable with selling. If you are looking to buy or sell do yourself a favor and hire Debra!! You will NOT regret it!!!
