DeDe is an incredible realtor! With years of experience and knowledge of Triad area real estate, she is an amazing resource for first timers and experienced homebuyers alike. She was available for home showings at convenient times for our work schedule. She was quick to send needed documentation and talk with the seller agent when time was of the essence. With her expertise, we were able to offer a competitive bid that was selected over the other potential buyer's offer. We were under contract quickly and she advised us on the inspections, which enabled us to find an expensive sewer blockage. She led us through this situation efficiently and calmly and negotiated that the seller pay for those repairs, saving us several thousand dollars. We are thrilled to have closed last week and highly recommend DeDe as the best realtor in town!

Lauren did an amazing job helping us sell and buy all at once! She understood the market and helped us with our patience levels when things weren't going our way and then devoted entire days to us to drive all over multiple counties to look at homes for us. She was attentive and responsive every time I needed anything, even just reassurance. This was our second time working with her and if I ever want to move again, I'll always go back to her.
